BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Before you order.

The essentials for choosing your next dedicated server.

Are the resources exclusively mine?

Yes. A dedicated server allocates its CPU, memory and drives to your service without sharing them with other customers.

What does the server price include?

It includes the hardware, network port and IPv4 listed on the product page. Selected memory or drive upgrades, additional IPs and Windows licenses are itemized before payment. Review the final amount and applicable taxes at checkout.

Can I choose the United States or Europe?

Yes. You can choose from the locations available for each configuration. Delivery is subject to server availability at your selected location.

How do I receive access to my server?

Once the server is assigned, its primary IP, username, password and delivered additional IPs appear in your service details in the client area. Linux servers include root access. Keep your credentials secure.

How do I pay and renew my service?

You can view and pay your invoices in the client area using PayPal or cryptocurrencies. To renew your service, pay the corresponding invoice before its due date. Contact support if you need help with a payment.

What should I check before paying with cryptocurrency?

Select the correct coin and network on the payment page and send the requested amount. TRX and USDT on TRON are different assets: do not interchange them when sending. The invoice is confirmed after the payment is received and verified. Fees and minimums depend on the coin and network.
